Integrated Business Services (IBS) Outsourcing
The next generation of successful CEO's realise that "focus" is a key ingredient for growth. Whatever you focus on will grow! Outsourcing is an essential part of the strategy to achieve higher levels of performance. In the first phase of the outsourcing journey, enterprises outsource a single business function. IBS outsourcing supports the next level in outsourcing. IBS consolidates multiple business functions with a single service provider and allows the enterprise to focus on their mission critical expertise. It can provide more significant and immediate cost savings and faster time to value. IBS outsourcing supports enterprises in driving down costs, improving performance and gaining competitive advantage. |

Integrated Relationship Management (IRM)
IBS outsourcing is based on an "integrated" partnership between Enterprise Support and the customer. IRM calls for a real partnership that is complementary and mutually dependent. IRM supports dedicated, cross-boundary functional and project teams composed of EnterpriseSupport and customer personnel. There is open information sharing on sensitive subjects and an assumption of mutual trustworthiness at all levels. Joint long-term strategic planning sessions are conducted from time time time resulting in better profits for both parties. |

| The Service Level Agreement (SLA) defines our services and responsibilities as also the customer responsibilities. The SLA also provides a description of minimum service levels, response time, quality measures and expected performance levels. Service level controls, reporting and governance are put in place including the definition of disputes/issue resolution process. Standard procedures to resolve service failures and charging mechanisms are agreed in the setup phase. |
