Girish has managed various business units and companies in the Asia Pacific region including KANA, SAP Portals, SAP Markets, and IXOS. Girish enjoys rollerblading, meditating and generally staying "present moment aware".

Bruce Sullivan
Chief Operating Officer
PayOffice was founded in 1984 by Bruce Sullivan, who pioneered the development of electronic time-recording systems in New Zealand.
PayOffice is constantly building on that legacy by improving and expanding our Payroll solutions and extending our range of services.
Bruce enjoys innovation, fast cars and travel. |
Bernard Monty
Chief Financial Officer
Bernard has over 30 years experience in financial accounting across a wide breadth of industries.
He has been a key member of senior management teams and has had exposure to multinational companies.
Bernard is a keen social tennis player and enjoys coaching junior soccer. |
Ian Howell
General Manager Operations
Ian has extensive experience in the management of technical and application system teams, particularly in regard to ERP systems, including over nine years at SAP sites. Other key strengths are in the business facing side of IT and project management. He has worked in IT for a number of well known companies and has also occupied management positions external to IT. Ian is an Associate of Chartered Secretaries Australia, a member of the Australian Computer Society and the Australian Institute of Project Management. |

Dennis Pivac
General Manager- Business Development
Dennis has over 20 years experience in a variety of sales roles across a number of technologies and industries in New Zealand, England and Australia. Dennis is very capable in establishing what will "work" for our clients/future prospects. Dennis is a sports enthusiast who regularly participates in game fishing, swimming, squash and the social aspects of such. |
Chris Vaughan
Project Director
Chris has a strong background in software development covering diverse industries, applications and a roles. The major experience has been the provision of leadership and management to Retail Banking and Payroll/HR projects. His solid technical knowledge and current product skills deliver contributions at many levels. Chris enjoys theatre, travel and most sports. |
Craig Jenzen
Manager-Professional Services
Craig has extensive experience in the Payroll/HR business across a number of technologies and industries in the private & public sector. In recent years he has focused on SAP implementations, involved at all stages of the project from preparation of scoping documentation to final configuration of system. Craig has a good knowledge of statutory requirements, commercial and business process issues. Ferntree Computer Corporation and GE Capital Information Technology are some of the many well known IT companies that Craig has previously worked for. Craig enjoys family, golf and cycling. |
Ben Dallimore
Manager-Service Management
Ben has a strong background in Service Delivery Management, with experience in a range of technology driven industries across the UK and Australasia. His strengths lie in the development/management of Service Level Agreements, and managing issue resolution. Ben's interests include travel, fishing and cooking. |

Glenn Forbes
Manager-Customer Support - SAP
Glenn is Team Leader of Customer Support in the SAP division at PayOffice. With the help of his team he takes care of the day to day ASP and BPO customer queries and configuration requests. Proir to working for Pay Office Glenn was Pay Master of Dandenong Hospital for 15 years and Pay Master of Epworth Hospital for 3 years before that. Some of Glenn's many interests include, Cricket, Football, Music, Computers, and his Young Grand Child. |
Vanessa Stevenson
Manager-Professional Services
Vanessa has over 15 years experience in the Payroll Industry, working most recently in the area's of Business Process Analysis and Project Management. This has allowed the Professional Services Team to offer a wider range of services to ensure our customers fully benefit from the Services and Products that we have to offer. Vanessa has a passionate interest in fashion and loves to be involved with her daughters many activities. |

Kevin is responsible for the day to day business operations of PayOffice New Zealand. Kevin's background includes training as an accountant, and working as a Financial Controller. Following these roles Kevin held positions in General Management, Strategic Planning, Programme Management and Commercial Management. More recently his career has been focused on IT Outsourcing. |

Nigel takes care of technical support for Pay Office New Zeland. He brings over 20 years of IT and Development experience of Operations through to Project Management. He has and understanding of Corporate, Government and Private enterprises within UK, Australia and New Zealand. Nigel is interested in Natural Therapies / Lifestyle, Music, Food and Liverpool FC. |

Mahina Ratana
Manager- Process Outsourcing
Mahina is the leader of the BPO team in the Auckland office, NZ, where they have a very busy team of consultants processing NZ and Australian Payrolls. Mahina's previous payroll positions include NZ Forrest Products 5 years and The Warehouse for 5 years, leaving in 2003 to take up her current position. Mahina has two grown children and a 16 month old grand daughter and if that isn't enough to keep her busy Mahina has an 18 month old Rottweiler. |
